Future Vision

Adjusting the Focus

We are living at a crossroads in human culture. As machines take on more of our labor—and even more of our thinking—we believe creativity  and creative expression matters more than ever.

Creativity develops something deeply human, given to us by God. It gives us a way to express ourselves, wrestle with ideas, solve problems, think critically, and consider what is good, true, moral, and meaningful.

At Ignite Creative School, we believe creativity shouldn’t be treated as an extra. It should be a central part of learning—nurturing the mind, body, and soul and helping young people become thoughtful, capable, fully engaged human beings.

Growing Community

Our mission is to walk alongside families, helping children develop a genuine love of curiosity, hands-on learning, and, most importantly, a passion for knowing Christ. We want to create a learning environment where every child feels known, supported, and deeply loved.

As we look to the future, our hope is to grow into a more rural setting with the space and staff to serve 40–60 students. We envision building a strong community of leaders—from teachers, artists, and subject-matter experts to experienced administrators, pastors, and professionals—who bring both excellence and a heart for students to everything they do.

Learn How to Follow Christ

One of our goals as we grow is to encourage students to step outside their comfort zones and discover what they’re capable of. That might look like weekly adventures such as snowshoeing, serving the community through projects like gardening, or taking time to think deeply about the challenges and opportunities in their own lives through journaling, retreats, or an annual conference. For some students, it may even mean stepping farther from home on a mission trip—either within the U.S. or abroad. Through experiences like these, students build resilience, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment, while developing a spirit of adventure and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
