All Students: After-School Acting Intensive
What is an Acting Intensive?
Unlike community theater or a drama class, an acting intensive is designed to teach skills and challenge students in the craft of acting.
All Ignite Creative School Acting Intensives are taught by professional artists and teachers in their
respective areas of expertise who align with the standards and Christian worldview of Ignite Creative School.
Intensives can be musical or non-musical in emphasis (depending on the instructors and goals of the class).
Throughout the experience, students are introduced to a world of artistic expression in an environment that fosters professional-level expectation. Overall, the "Intensive" experience aims to sharpen students' skill
and prepare them for excellence in the performing arts.
Each intensive runs for eight weeks, four days a week, including Saturday rehearsal.
Ages 13-18 unless otherwise noted or by special audition.
The cost for this eight week intensive for each student is $550 and includes over 80 hours of
professional instruction in voice, acting, and dance as well as four final performances.

Homeschool Drama Class
