At Ignite, we aim to offer the best environment for learning to our students. For this reason, we seek to hire classroom guides that love kids and teens, are followers of Jesus, have a college degree (or proven expertise), are life-long learners, and can learn how to allow students to be self-propelled 

whenever possible.

Our Journey Instructors are passionate people who love mentoring kids and teens. They are  excited to create "micro apprenticeships" in-house at Ignite. Since our Journeys are taught in group settings, they understand how to manage small groups or one large group to meet a clear goal.  Building on skills week-by-week, they help students complete a task while diving deep into learning.

We realize that students may need help learning along the way. Often families will reach out for specialized help in a core skills areas OR they are interested in private lessons in music, drama, or other skills such as dance.

We are always looking to find Christ-loving tutors, instructors and teachers to recommend to parents for specialty learning.
