Pricing: School Tuition

Tuition

Three days a week, 8:35-3:25 PM

$4800/year

This cost includes three full days at Ignite. Two days will consist of Core Curriculum time and a shortened afternoon Journey time. The third day will consist of daily work, project building, or an assisted morning work time (with teachers available) and a longer time for afternoon Journey instruction. Our pricing includes the price for tuition and a flat fee for all take home curriculum pages, classroom materials, art supplies and general materials for class activities.

Individual Core Classes, 4-week modules

$150/class

For non-hybrid homeschool students, we offer the opportunity to join classes individually. These include science, creative writing, and financial math classes in the morning or art, performing art, and skill-based classes in the afternoon.

Our core classes (science, creative writing, literature, etc.) are in the morning three days a week for 1.5 hours at a time. They are taught in a "block" format and rotate each four weeks. (Please check the schedule on the "Classes" page for dates and pricing)

Individual Elective Classes, 4-weeks

$150-175/class

For art and skill-centric classes, most are held in the afternoon on Monday and Thursday, 1:15-3:15 PM. (Please check the schedule on the "Classes" page for dates and pricing).

All fine arts classes are limted to a 12:1 student ratio. In addition, some classes will require a material fee, TBD.

Weekly Drama "Club"

$35/month

New this year is our ONE DAY A WEEK, "Drama Club"; is more than a "club", it's a weekly skills class that gets students thinking in the moment while honing foundational acting skills.

Class meets one hour per week on Tuesdays, 1:30-2:45 PM.

Note: there is not a performance with this class. Limited to 20 students.

Weekly Group Classical Style Guitar

$90/month

This class meets Tuesday, 2:00-3:00 PM ,and is for students who have some experience with Classical-style guitar already. Please inquire for more information.

Unique and Valuable.

Ignite Creative School is an independent Christian community and is not affiliated with or financially supported by a local church. Because of that, our operating costs are covered entirely through tuition and donations.

We’ve been very intentional about keeping tuition as affordable as possible while still providing a high-quality educational experience. In fact, our tuition is lower than other private schools in the Missoula and Hamilton areas with comparable educational standards.

Wheln comparing tuition, we think it’s hepful to look at the cost based on how many days each week a school meets. For example, a school charging $9,000 per year and meeting five days a week has a cost of about $1,800 per school day per year.

Using that same comparison, Ignite’s tuition is based on the equivalent of an $8,500-per-year private school education, with tuition adjusted according to the number of days a student attends each week. This allows families to choose the schedule that works best for them while helping us maintain the quality, creativity, and personal attention that make Ignite unique.
